The main sound source in this one is the recently-released Particul (Reaktor ensemble), with plenty of effects, of course. Loid (my Lunetta-style modular setup) is also present, along with some hardware effects and feedback loops.
The video is an OBS capture of Id’s classic Quake FPS (running in the quakespasm engine), glitched out beyond recognition with Acid Cam. Here’s a screenshot showing the settings used to process the video:
