Fugue State Audio – Monday Night Noise Sessions 009 – Steemit
Welcome to the latest episode of Monday Night Noise Sessions! Back to no drums again for this one. Lots of feedback action in this one, from both hardware and software. I think some of the coolest sounds in this one come from the VSTi that is shown on-screen, Glitch One MB from DashSignature (which seems to be no longer available, unfortuneately).

Fugue State Audio – Monday Night Noise Session 008 – Steemit
Welcome to the latest episode of Monday Night Noise Sessions! This is sort of a second take of MNNS 006, using a very similar setup, including de la Mancha’s Erratic drum plug-in. This one also throws in an Android app called Granular and swaps out Buffer Synth 2 for a MIDI-controlled comb filter effect from Mutagene called Mukoco.
Fugue State Audio – Monday Night Noise Session 007 – Steemit
Welcome to the latest episode of Monday Night Noise Sessions! A bit late again due to the recent Steemit issues. Back to the more ambient-type noise for this one. Mostly hardware providing the sound sources this time, the only VSTi used in this one is Mr. Alias Pro from Insert Piz Here, which I created some of the factory presets for.
Fugue State Audio – Monday Night Noise Session 006 – Steemit
Welcome to the latest episode of Monday Night Noise Sessions! Getting some semi-random/glitchy beats in on the action this time, via de la Mancha’s Erratic drum machine VSTi. If I’m being honest, I’m not totally happy with how this one turned out, but such is the nature of experimentation I guess.
It’s that time again:
Fugue State Audio – Monday Night Noise Session 005 – Steemit
Welcome to the latest episode of Monday Night Noise Sessions! Slightly late delivery again due to upload issues. This time around, I got my Android tablet in on the fun, with an app called Skrot that can do strange things to sounds that you record into it.
Latest episode is on DLive:
Fugue State Audio – Monday Night Noise Session 004 – Steemit
Welcome to the latest edition of Monday Night Noise Sessions! Most of the sounds in this one come from the hardware side of my setup. There is a drone from the K2000S which is mostly there to prop up the low end, while the Lunetta-style modular (plus an analog filter) is doing much of the rest.
Latest episode is up on Steemit:
Fugue State Audio – Monday Night Noise Session 003 – Steemit
Welcome to the latest edition of Monday Night Noise Sessions! This one links back to another post I made recently, in which I used databending to process a photo into glitch art, see Rorschach on Acid. The process involved converting the original image into raw data and importing it into Sound Forge for processing with audio effects.
Second episode of Monday Night Noise Sessions is up on DLive:
Fugue State Audio – Monday Night Noise Session 002 – Steemit
Second episode of Monday Night Noise Sessions, recorded “live”, no editing (I lack the bandwidth to do a proper live stream). Audio is a mix of hardware and software. Video is an OBS screen capture of the program I was using to generate/process the sound (Plogue’s Bidule), with VSXu providing additional visuals.
From the EP From Here
Due to some uploading issues, the first one was more of a “Tuesday Morning Noise Session”, but oh well. This is a new thing I’m planning to do regularly. Each one will be a bit different, but the idea is to do some type of live-recorded (no audio editing) audio/video noise session every Monday night on Steemit/DLive. I don’t have the bandwidth to do an actual live stream, so the videos will be pre-recorded, but the audio recording of the performance will be left as-is. The first one was posted late last night:
Fugue State Audio – Monday Night Noise Session 001 – Steemit
Note: upload issues make this more of a “Tuesday Morning Noise Session”, oh well. First of hopefully many weekly noise sessions for DLive, recorded “live”, no editing (I lack the bandwidth to do a proper live stream). Audio is a mix of hardware and software.
